• Contact Information: Name, email, and phone number of parents/guardians  and address for billing, for booking updates and emergency contact.
• Payment Information: Processed securely via our third-party payment provider [Insert Provider bank transfer. We do not store your full credit card details.
• Media: Photographs or videos, but only if you have provided separate, explicit written consent.

2. How We Use Your Data
• To manage bookings and communicate lesson updates.
• To ensure the safety of participants through medical awareness.
• To comply with legal, insurance, and safeguarding requirements.

We store your data on password-protected, encrypted systems. Physical forms are kept in a secure, locked location. We never sell your data to third parties.
